Modern glass and steel buildings — FADOK sells and sources property on behalf of clients
Sale and acquisition

Real Estate

FADOK sells and sources property on behalf of owners, businesses and investors. Our work spans development land, commercial, industrial and logistics property, as well as residential property and development projects.

We represent clients from the preparation of a sale or agreement of an acquisition brief through to negotiations, completion and handover.

Preparing a Property for Sale

We bring together the information and documentation prospective buyers need to assess a property. This includes legal title, planning status, development potential, infrastructure connections and any constraints affecting the proposed use.

For developed properties, we also consider the existing use, technical documentation and capital expenditure requirements. For leased properties, the presentation includes lease terms, rental income and operating costs.

Where legal, technical or valuation advice is required, we involve the appropriate specialists. Information presented to buyers is supported by the underlying documentation.

Sales Strategy and Buyer Outreach

We agree the proposed sale terms and marketing approach with the owner. We then prepare materials that set out the property’s use, potential and the factors relevant to an investment decision.

We approach developers, businesses and investors directly. Depending on the property and the client’s requirements, we combine this with public marketing or conduct the sale on a confidential basis.

We arrange viewings, manage enquiries and provide the documentation prospective buyers need to reach a decision.

Industrial Property

An industrial property needs to be assessed against the requirements of the business that will occupy it. We consider its designated use, technical specifications, utilities, transport links and infrastructure, together with the scope for adaptation or expansion.

Our approach is grounded in the property’s documented features and potential. We target businesses and investors whose location and operating requirements are a suitable match. Discussions address what is included in the sale, the handover arrangements and any matters requiring further technical or legal review.
